電動(dong)調節(jie)閥(fa)壹動(dong)作(zuo)就融(rong)斷(duan)保(bao)險(xian)分析(xi)

電(dian)動(dong)調節(jie)閥(fa)故障(zhang)現(xian)象(xiang)很(hen)多(duo),現(xian)舉幾(ji)種常(chang)見現(xian)象(xiang)及(ji)處(chu)理(li)方(fang)法:
1、電動(dong)調節(jie)閥(fa)電機(ji)不(bu)轉(zhuan)即(ji)閥(fa)不(bu)動(dong)作(zuo),分(fen)析(xi)如下(xia):
(1)電(dian)機(ji)線圈燒壞。使用(yong)環(huan)境(jing)不(bu)良(liang),進(jin)水(shui)致短路(lu)或(huo)電(dian)機(ji)轉子(zi)卡(ka)死不(bu)動(dong),電(dian)機(ji)線圈發熱,燒壞。判斷方(fang)法只需(xu)用(yong)萬用(yong)表測(ce)電(dian)機(ji)引(yin)出正、反(fan)和零線(xian)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)電(dian)阻(zu),正常(chang)值(zhi)約為(wei)l6OΩ,如(ru)偏(pian)差(cha)過(guo)大或(huo)過(guo)小(xiao)就證(zheng)明線(xian)圈已燒壞。
(2)分(fen)相(xiang)電容(rong)失(shi)效或(huo)被(bei)擊穿(chuan),分(fen)相(xiang)電容(rong)壞了,電機(ji)也不(bu)會(hui)起動(dong),用(yong)萬用(yong)表很容易檢(jian)查分(fen)相(xiang)電容(rong)。
(3)兩(liang)個(ge)微動(dong)開(kai)關(guan)位置不(bu)當。當調節(jie)閥(fa)動(dong)作(zuo)時(shi),行程(cheng)至(zhi)零點(dian)和滿(man)度(du)時(shi),微動(dong)開(kai)關(guan)應(ying)關(guan)閉(bi),使電(dian)流不(bu)致流(liu)過(guo)電機(ji),達到保護(hu)電(dian)機(ji)的目(mu)的,如微動(dong)開(kai)關(guan)過(guo)開,使閥(fa)桿(gan)動(dong)作(zuo)已(yi)達到零點(dian)或(huo)滿(man)度(du)時(shi),仍不(bu)能(neng)斷開(kai)微動(dong)開(kai)關(guan),而電流繼續(xu)通過(guo)電機(ji)。而此時(shi)電機(ji)已無(wu)法轉動(dong),將(jiang)會(hui)使電(dian)機(ji)堵(du)轉(zhuan)燒壞。處(chu)理(li)方(fang)法是(shi)移動(dong)微動(dong)開(kai)關(guan)位置,使之(zhi)與(yu)閥(fa)桿(gan)行(xing)程位置相(xiang)適應(ying)。
2、電(dian)動(dong)調節(jie)閥(fa)壹動(dong)作(zuo)就融(rong)斷(duan)保(bao)險(xian)分析(xi):
(1)電動(dong)調節(jie)閥(fa)電機(ji)線圈漆包(bao)線絕(jue)緣破壞,線(xian)圈繞(rao)組碰(peng)殼(ke)而短路(lu)。判斷方(fang)法可用(yong)北(bei)歐表(biao)測(ce)繞(rao)組對地(di)電阻(zu)即(ji)可(ke)。
(2)分相(xiang)電容(rong)容(rong)量(liang)過(guo)大。有時(shi)分相(xiang)電容(rong)容(rong)量(liang)過(guo)大,起動(dong)電(dian)流(liu)大(da),會(hui)燒斷(duan)保險(xian),判斷方(fang)法用(yong)交流電流測(ce)其(qi)電流(liu)值(zhi)來選擇(ze)。
3、壹送電(dian),調節(jie)閥(fa)就處(chu)於全(quan)開(kai)或(huo)全(quan)關(guan)位置。原因如下(xia):
1.電(dian)動(dong)調節(jie)閥(fa)反(fan)饋(kui)信號(hao)線(xian)及反(fan)饋(kui)線(xian)圈斷線(xian)。
2.微機(ji)輸出控制(zhi)線或(huo)電(dian)動(dong)操(cao)作器上控制(zhi)線斷(duan)線(xian)。
3.提供(gong)反(fan)饋(kui)線(xian)路(lu)的(de)電(dian)源(yuan)有無(wu)。
以(yi)上原因可用(yong)萬用(yong)表查出。若都(dou)正常(chang),則(ze)檢查電(dian)壓(ya)壹電流(liu)轉(zhuan)換電路。
4、電(dian)動(dong)調節(jie)閥(fa)閥穩不(bu)住:
原因為(wei)零(ling)點(dian)不(bu)對,殺(sha)車(che)機(ji)構(gou)過(guo)松,或(huo)調穩(wen)電位器損壞。處(chu)理(li)方(fang)法為(wei)用(yong)萬用(yong)表檢查零(ling)點(dian)大小(xiao),調穩(wen)電位器阻(zu)值(zhi)是(shi)否改(gai)變(bian)或(huo)損壞。檢(jian)查剎(sha)車(che)機(ji)構(gou)松緊(jin)度。
