1、三相交流(liu)接觸(chu)器(qi)的檢查及(ji)檢(jian)修(xiu)。檢查三相交流(liu)接觸(chu)器(qi)吸合、釋放動(dong)作(zuo)是(shi)否(fou)靈(ling)活(huo), 觸(chu)點(dian)是(shi)否(fou)拉(la)抓(zhua)嚴重(zhong),是(shi)否(fou)黏(nian)連,否則應(ying)予更換(huan)。
2、三相交流(liu)空氣(qi)開關(guan)的檢(jian)查及(ji)檢(jian)修(xiu)。檢查三相交流(liu)空氣(qi)開關(guan)手(shou)動(dong)脫(tuo)扣(kou)是(shi)否(fou)靈(ling)活(huo)。合(he)上 空(kong)氣開關(guan)後(hou),A、B、C三相各相接觸電阻(zu)是(shi)否(fou)小(xiao)於1Ω;脫(tuo)扣(kou)後(hou),三相各相接
觸電阻(zu)是(shi)否(fou)大(da) 於(yu)1MΩ,否(fou)則應(ying)予更換(huan)。檢查熱(re)繼電(dian)器(qi)接點(dian)是(shi)否(fou)正常,動(dong)作(zuo)電(dian)流(liu)設(she)定(ding)值是(shi)否(fou)正確(que)。
3、電(dian)動(dong)閥門(men)控(kong)制(zhi)箱(xiang)上電(dian)源檢查。檢(jian)查電(dian)動(dong)閥門(men)A、B、C三相電壓,通(tong)電(dian)操(cao)作(zuo)控(kong)制(zhi)開 關(guan)按鈕(niu),A、B、C三相相間電壓應(ying)為交流(liu)380V左右(you),否則,請運(yun)行人員(yuan)檢(jian)查380V
交流(liu)母線(xian)情(qing)況(kuang),確保(bao)電源(yuan)正常配電箱(xiang)上保(bao)險容(rong)量(liang)檢(jian)查。
4、閥門(men)電(dian)動(dong)裝置控(kong)制(zhi)箱(xiang)上指(zhi)示(shi)燈檢查及(ji)檢(jian)修(xiu)。閥門(men)電(dian)動(dong)裝置控(kong)制(zhi)箱(xiang)上指(zhi)示(shi)燈在(zai)通(tong)電(dian)後(hou),應與(yu)現(xian) 場(chang)閥門(men)位(wei)置對(dui)應(ying),閥門(men)全(quan)開時,紅燈亮(liang)閥門(men)關(guan)嚴時,綠燈亮(liang);在(zai)中
間位置時,紅綠燈都亮(liang)。閥門(men)電(dian)動(dong)裝置控(kong)制(zhi)箱(xiang)通(tong)電(dian)後(hou),按紅(hong)色燈,閥門(men)應(ying)向(xiang)開方(fang)向(xiang)運(yun)動(dong),直至全開按綠色燈,閥門(men)應(ying)向(xiang)關(guan)方(fang)向(xiang)運(yun)動(dong),直至關(guan)嚴。有(you)特殊要(yao)求的(de)閥門(men)

5、電(dian)動(dong)閥門(men)控(kong)制(zhi)箱(xiang)上指(zhi)示(shi)燈與(yu)上述(shu)現(xian)象不(bu)壹(yi)致時,檢查電(dian)氣(qi)控(kong)制(zhi)回(hui)路與(yu)指示(shi)燈,直至合乎(hu)要(yao)求。
6、電(dian)動(dong)閥門(men)控(kong)制(zhi)箱(xiang)內、終(zhong)端(duan)櫃(gui)端(duan)子(zi)排(pai)檢(jian)查及(ji)檢(jian)修(xiu)接線(xian)檢查檢(jian)查閥門(men)電(dian)動(dong)裝置控(kong)制(zhi)箱(xiang)內接(jie)線(xian)端(duan)子(zi)應(ying)緊固、整齊,線(xian)號(hao)編(bian)碼清晰(xi),各接(jie)線(xian)對地絕緣(yuan)、線(xian)間絕緣(yuan)應為∞
值。
