上(shang)海湖(hu)泉(quan)閥門有限(xian)公司電動(dong)中(zhong)線(xian)蝶閥采(cai)用(yong)中(zhong)線(xian)型(xing)結構設計,閥板中(zhong)心與(yu)閥體中(zhong)心是(shi)同(tong)心(xin)的,即閥桿(gan)軸心、蝶板中(zhong)心與(yu)閥體中(zhong)心都(dou)在(zai)同(tong)壹(yi)位(wei)置(zhi)上(shang),形(xing)成(cheng)兩側(ce)中(zhong)心對(dui)稱,閥桿(gan)軸心線(xian)與(yu)蝶板中(zhong)心平(ping)面在同(tong)壹(yi)個平面(mian)內(nei)並與(yu)閥體管道(dao)中(zhong)心線(xian)垂(chui)直相交。連接方式(shi)有:對(dui)夾,單(dan)夾,法蘭。
電(dian)動(dong)中(zhong)線(xian)蝶閥閥桿(gan)與蝶板垂(chui)直放置(zhi),閥桿(gan)從蝶板的中(zhong)心通(tong)過,當閥門關閉(bi),通過旋轉(zhuan)閥板,閥板的外圓密(mi)封(feng)面(mian)擠壓(ya)合(he)成(cheng)橡(xiang)膠閥座,合(he)成(cheng)橡(xiang)膠閥座產生(sheng)彈性(xing)變(bian)形和彈性(xing)力形(xing)成(cheng)的密封(feng)比壓(ya),以(yi)確保(bao)閥門的密封(feng)。
電(dian)動(dong)中(zhong)線(xian)蝶閥結構特點:
1、該閥可設(she)計成(cheng)法蘭連(lian)接(jie)、對(dui)夾連(lian)接(jie)和單(dan)夾連(lian)接(jie)。
2、同(tong)桿(gan)可設(she)計成(cheng)通桿(gan),穿銷(xiao)釘(ding)和兩節(jie)桿六(liu)方(fang)頭(tou)連(lian)接結構。
3、由於閥座密(mi)封(feng)面(mian)與(yu)靠(kao)背為壹(yi)體,從而(er)減少(shao)了(le)閥座的變(bian)形量(liang)。
4、蝶板的回(hui)轉(zhuan)中(zhong)心(即閥桿(gan)的中(zhong)心)位(wei)於閥體的中(zhong)心線(xian)和蝶板的密封(feng)面(mian)截面(mian)上(shang)。
5、閥座采(cai)用(yong)合(he)成(cheng)橡(xiang)膠。關閉(bi)時蝶板的外圓密(mi)封(feng)面(mian)擠壓(ya)合(he)成(cheng)橡(xiang)膠閥座,使(shi)閥座產生(sheng)彈性(xing)變(bian)而(er)形成(cheng)彈性(xing)力作(zuo)為密封(feng)比壓(ya)保(bao)證(zheng)蝶閥的密封(feng)。
